Anandtech on the SiS645 P4 Chipset
Published: Friday, November 30, 2001 | By: DennisWhen the first production SiS645 motherboards started to be announced I became very intrigued. This chipset is the first officially licensed chipset for the P4, supports DDR333 and with the planned developments I think Via and Intel have their work cut out for them. Then again I could be wrong and the 645 might be just another SiS chipset to be forgotten. Anandtech takes a look at a SiS sample motherboard and gives use some numbers to chew on; it is a good read so I'd suggest taking a look.
