  TechPowerUp reviewed the ASUS Prime X870-P Wi-Fi motherboard, positioning it as a cost-effective entry into AMD’s AM5 platform with access to cutting-edge features. At just over $200, this ATX board offers PCIe Gen 5 support for both GPUs and M.2 storage, along with USB4 and Wi-Fi 7 connectivity. The review praised its clean layout, easy-to-navigate BIOS, and handy additions like the PCIe Slot Q-Release. While not a flagship model, the board proved capable of handling 16-core Ryzen processors, making it an appealing option for mainstream users who want access to next-gen performance without a hefty price tag.

  

  "The Thermaltake TR100 is a perfect example of how to engineer a great sandwich chassis, managing to solve most of the cooling limitations of such enclosures. On top of that, the TR100 breaks down the barriers of entry around assembly and cable management, while looking pretty cool in the process."

  That said, TechPowerUp noted that ASUS made a few strategic omissions to keep costs down. The motherboard uses the dated Realtek ALC897 audio codec, and its slim M.2 heatsinks may not adequately cool Gen 5 SSDs, potentially resulting in thermal throttling. VRM performance is acceptable under stock conditions but may fall short for heavy overclocking. The board also lacks extra enthusiast-friendly features such as debug LEDs or additional SATA ports, which are present on some similarly priced B850 alternatives. Still, for users prioritizing modern I/O and PCIe Gen 5 readiness, the Prime X870-P Wi-Fi stands out as a capable and forward-looking solution.

The VRM design is functional for most users but could pose thermal challenges under high power loads. Also missing are some enthusiast features commonly found on similarly priced B850 boards, such as more robust onboard audio, additional SATA ports, and diagnostic buttons. Ultimately, the ASUS Prime X870-P Wi-Fi is a solid choice for those who prioritize forward-looking connectivity over premium extras.

The cooler features daisy-chained CycloBlade 9 ARGB fans, a full-plane screwless copper base, and a textured aluminum radiator that resists fingerprints. Its installation is straightforward, with pre-installed fans and a unified bracket supporting both Intel and AMD sockets, including an offset bracket for Intel LGA1851 systems. The ARGB lighting is aesthetically pleasing, though some flickering was noted during color transitions. ?

  In performance tests, the A15 360 delivered acceptable cooling results, though it ranked in the middle to lower end among 360mm AIO coolers. The cooler maintained good memory and GPU clearance, and its fans offered a wide RPM range with a pleasant acoustic profile. Priced at $109.99, it offers decent value, especially for users prioritizing aesthetics and ease of installation over top-tier thermal performance. However, the lack of a physical manual and a standard three-year warranty were noted as minor drawbacks.
